I think heās going to sue WWE. Khan fired Punk with cause, so he doesn't have a lawsuit unless there's a universal non-compete on Punk's contract (and there isn't, obviously, or he wouldn't be in WWE).
People have posted here how dumb Khan is not to negotiate a partial payoff of Punk's contract in exchange for a non-compete of at least 90 days. Might as well throw Punk a couple million to keep him off TV until early 2024.
