I’ve never seen Dave look so defeated
Says “good wrestling” isn’t going to save AEW and that they’re stagnant. Says there is a perception issue with the company and that they’re fighting a tough fight. Says that even though TK says negotiations with WBD are going “great” everything can all fall apart at the end of the day. He doesn’t put faith in anything until the deal is actually signed.

Probably not scared they not renewing, most likely trying to get leverage in the negotiations to get a better deal though.
They lost a lot of leverage over the last few months, especially with how ratings look w/o TBBT lead in.
This makes sense if the 110 million per year number reported by Puck News is correct. Basically Dynamite and Collision are worth (50 mill x 2) and Rampage worth (10 mill) by WBD

That seems like an overvalue of Collision, that show does numbers just slightly better than Rampage
Dynamite seems like it would be worth in the 75M range or more, the other 2 shows would probably be closer to 25 combined. Then add the PPVs on Max and other shows they may want to use the AEW brand for.

What are the goals of AEW? If it's to create a product that people find good then it's a success. I think the idea that they'll overtake WWE has to be dead in the water.
