Lil Baby and Quavo got more streams and recent hits, not to mention Migos are one of the most influential groups of the last 15 years. Ross hasn't had a top 10 hit since 2014. I think he's still relevant as a celebrity in general though, even if he's more of a catalogue rapper at this point. Him and Drake going back and forth was news during the Kendrick beef.

people like Action Bronson and Westside Gunn aren't relevant at all on the mainstream level. Bronson is more known for his food show than his music.
