This is what separates a stan from reality. RAW did 1.3 million the other day, nobody cared. One of their lowest numbers. SD! has lost over a million viewers since going from FOX to USA...

Now, someone like Finn will say "that's way better than AEW..." and try to turn that observation into a stan war and he's right that it's quite obviously way better than AEW but that's also what makes him a stan because the outdated metrics mean nothing. A company 65 years into the business should do way more than a company that's been around 5 but even if the numbers were close it wouldn't matter.

The reason WHY the RAW and SD! numbers haven't been discussed on here is because they don't matter. They already got the bag. Who cares about them? Nobody ever posts them.

The reason why the terrible ratings for AEW are discussed every week is because of stannery... In reality, the same holds true for both companies. Both companies are profitable and neither is going anywhere anytime soon.

That's why the Stinks beards will always show themselves to be the real marks of this site

This is bullshyt. SOME posters do... most of the posters in this particular thread do not criticize WWE/HHH at all and actually bad mouth quite regularly any talent that leaves WWE whether it's Lashley, Samantha, Ricochet, Mercedes... etc.. They actively root for black talent in AEW to fail because they aren't with TKO. Meanwhile, TKO is promoting right wing agendas on their airwaves at UFC events. I wonder how long before they sneak that shyt into WWE.. Can't forget they also badmouth the women accusing Vince of sexual assault because of stannery...Lol

I listened to an NBA pod the other day and they were laughing about an article that was posted about the NBA being down 25% in the ratings this year. Nobody cares about it... they said the TV executives couldn't care less and that's held true for most live programming

AEW is 52-weeks a year, gets a high enough count in the key demos to sell advertising... and it costs nothing for Warner Bros. to produce it weekly.

This isn't about "keeping the same energy" or playing some game of who gets called out more, it's about addressing a series of specific dismissive comments that were made by an outsider. Trying to redirect the conversation to other people or shift focus just looks like an attempt to derail the actual point. If those "beards" are a problem too, that doesn't make what was said here any less of an issue. I can't control other people and force them to care, if they don't. I can only ask that they don't try to invalidate our concerns, and so far they don't. I honestly don't know why you feel the need to play "defense" for someone like that.
