Edge was bombing with ideas in WWE. Dude almost stunted Rhea and Damien growth with the OG Judgement Day.


The real take is a lot of wrestlers shouldn’t have creative control. This is why a creative team exist.

Just because a guy is a top performer doesn’t equate to that same guy having good ideas. shyt even going to the matches, the producers in wwe were never top guys for the most part or ever in the company. You see matches being produced by Jason Jordan, Jamie Noble, and Abyss. Edge could retire today and possibly become a producer and suck at it does that mean Abyss is better than edge as a performer?

Christian spent time outside of wwe just as much as he has in it so he’s got that talent to stay relevant to survive.

I disagree with the bolded….I never was fan of the Rated R-Ultimate opportunist stuff. That was around the time I started losing interest in watching. I hated Vicky Guerrero and automatically changed the channel when she was on screen. Then they pair her up with Edge? Hell nah I’m good.

If Christian got the same type of push it’s arguable that he would’ve been a bigger star than Edge.
