lowkey crazy evolution from Roman tbh. Back in The Shield days, he got a catchphrase, and Moxley was considered by folk as the heir apparent to Piper off the mic work.
And I don't even think Moxley's gotten worse tbh.
But he got passed up because he was stationary while other people were growing around him. TBH it's my view of him as a wrestler now. He's effectively the same guy he was final year in the E. But so much of the industry has moved forward around him.

I'd honestly say Mox is the worst promo of the 3 now :hubie:

Feed your wife Seth.
Stone Cold told us the truth about Moxley on the podcast interview.

Just read this, the whole description of the lawsuit is retarded and the guy just comes off like a bytch

There’s no way this doesn’t get thrown out

Edit: here’s the article I read on wrestlezone

Ryan Nemeth has filed a lawsuit against AEW, Tony Khan, and CM Punk.

Nemeth previously sent a complaint to AEW executives and alleged that he was silently fired over a confrontation that he had with CM Punk. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reported that Nemeth alleged that he experienced “abuse, harassment, and threats” during his time in AEW. He noted that this alleged abuse was linked to AEW, and he also took issue with AEW not responding to the incidents in question.

Nemeth also claimed that Punk threatened him in an AEW locker room. He additionally claimed that he was silently fired over the confrontation, as he believed his per-appearance deal was allowed to expire. Additionally, he expressed his concern that he would be made the fall guy following CM Punk’s departure from AEW. He also said that he felt that AEW and Tony Khan held him responsible for Punk’s exit.

In an update, Ryan Nemeth has filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court against AEW, Tony Khan, and CM Punk. In the lawsuit, Nemeth alleges that CM Punk “undertook a campaign to terrorize and intimidate [him], including physical assault.” He also alleges breach of contract, “breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and intentional interference with prospective advantage.” (H/t Fightful)

More Details

In the lawsuit, Ryan Nemeth also alleges that “AEW and Tony Khan did nothing to protect Ryan Nemeth and other wrestling performers from despicable conduct on the part of Brooks.” He claims that AEW “turned a blind eye” to CM Punk’s conduct due to Khan’s admiration for Punk and Punk’s popularity. Nemeth also alleges that “AEW and Tony Khan have undertaken an effort to “black ball” him so he can never again work in the wrestling business.

Nemeth alleges that CM Punk “assaulted and battered” The Young Bucks in early 2023, and he claims that Punk is known to have an “uncontrollable temper and often lashes out in violent tirades against others.” He argues that AEW was aware of Punk’s “violent proclivities.”

In the lawsuit, Ryan Nemeth argues that Tony Khan decided not to fire CM Punk, despite the aforementioned incidents. He asserts that Khan claimed that TBS produced AEW Collision contingent to Punk’s involvement with the show. Nemeth also claims that CM Punk “Brooks “made it known that he despised Nemeth”, though he didn’t do anything to Punk, and that Punk made it clear that he was angry with Nemeth.

Ryan Nemeth Alleges CM Punk Assaulted Him

Nemeth claims that he contacted AEW executives in April 2023 and expressed his concern that Punk would assault him upon his return. He then alleges that Punk “assaulted” him in the locker room on June 21st, 2023. He claims that Punk shouted “Do we have a f*cking problem? Do we need to step outside and handle this like men?” Nemeth also asserts that he was cornered by Punk, and he tried to de-escalate the situation.

After the alleged confrontation, Nemeth claims he was contacted by AEW executives to explain what happened, and he said that Punk “attacked” him. Nemeth claims that Punk was not punished whatsoever. Nemeth highlights how he was told by AEW’s in-house counsel that he would not be “benched” due to the incident. However, he was not booked for over two months, and so his popularity, revenue stream, and marketability “dried up.”

Nemeth went on to recall how he contacted AEW’s legal department and claimed that he was being punished, and he alleges that Punk was responsible for his benching. Nemeth claims that Tony Khan “went along with Brooks’ desires to ruin [his] career.”

Ryan Nemeth On Being Told To Leave AEW Collision

Nemeth then recaps how he was told to leave an AEW Collision taping, and he claims that he saw Punk texting the morning before the show. He notes that shortly after that text, he received a text from AEW supervisor Pat Buck, saying that he needed to speak to him. Nemeth claims that Buck told him that he needed to leave immediately, and he says that this embarrassed him. He argues that this “humiliation caused irreparable damage [his] marketability and reputation.”

Nemeth reiterated that Punk was responsible for the situation, and Khan went along with it due to his admiration for Punk. Nemeth claims that he contacted AEW’s legal group, who were “stunned” by the situation.

Ryan Nemeth’s AEW Exit

The lawsuit recaps the end of Nemeth’s time in AEW, and he claims that AEW attorney Chris Peck “reached out and threatened legal action against Nemeth.” Nemeth highlights Punk’s exit from AEW and says that Khan was “heartbroken” because Punk was “his idol”.

Nemeth argues that Khan was “furious” with him, and he claims that Khan believes that Punk left AEW because of him. Furthermore, Nemeth writes that the defendants have “have embarked upon a campaign to “blackball” Nemeth from professional wrestling.” He claims that Khan has used his resources to “make sure that Nemeth can never again make a living in wrestling.”

The suit claims that the defendants intended to cause injury to Nemeth, and they acted willfully and with a conscious disregard for his rights.

With the lawsuit, Nemeth is seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, and he demands a jury trial.

It miss the part where unnamed AEW executive was baiting Ryan to harass Punk on multiple occasions that lead to this altercation.
