I feel like people who keep defending this bullshyt do it to justify their existence. There has to be nothing else going on in their lives, especially if you’re someone who watches all these wrestling shows— live, recorded, only certain segments/matches, etc. I dont care it’s literally crazy to invest that much time in it.
No way dudes have children watching this much wrestling. Damn sure dont have a large friend group to go out and do things with… no other interests/hobbies outside of watching wrestling and other tv shows.
And im only bringing this up because when you say you dont like anything going on with AEW product and youre not going to waste your time with this bs you’re told you’re a WWE stan and don’t love wrestling lol as if this is some insult worth of merit.
AEW is the opposite of let it play out. Nothing ever plays out! Nothing ever works out. Instead you spent 5 hours watching horseshyt just got to justify it by saying there were a good match or two on the card lol. This is what we used to literally do with WWE unless you stopped watching….. and no one every called you out for not loving wrestling because you didn’t want to watch wwe trash
I don’t know what happened to AEW. What happened to the four pillars, what happened to not being a show where ex wwe guys are on top, what happened to The bucks being a favorite among the fans, what happened that mega superstar feeling Kenny omega had?? Everything is boiled down to “good Matches” man fukk that I have a life.

Wwe takes jabs at AEW all the time. the thing is there is a time and place for everything. That jungle boy shyt is still funny to this day… and now swerve talking about Booker t after a horrible ppv and he lost! I get it if he won the title and threw a jab after the show or on dynamite.

To add on to the Dub debates (Heaven's help me but fukk it), why is it always a justification for shyt booking?
Like we're either going back into time, or whataboutism. It's never "man this shyt stinks and its time for Khan to step down so I'm joining NWG". Whether everyone likes it or not AEW is becoming everything we all hated. You got Mox ruining the AEW championship, bring back the Bucks to ruin what was supposed to be the storyline to save the company, and they're doing the same talent hoarding that the Fed is doing. Had multiple people under contract in catering...it's madness.
I defend AEW to an extent but last night was unforgivable man. I despise the WWFCounselors and JD but if I'm agreeing with THEM it's a problem
