I’m surprised knowledgeable boxing heads don’t see what’s going on and get so angry at Jake Paul for fighting cans and aging athletes

Yes they’re performing under the guise of boxing thus wanting to see him fight a “real boxer”

but this whole thing is a sports entertainment oriented genre much more than it is pure boxing.

Framing it the way they’re marketing it you can just enjoy the circus show

All that said, damn.

just …

damn man.

Tyron still has a youthful look and doesn’t carry himself with old man energy, athleticism still there but that dog is long gone.

he’s still fighting and seeking paydays sure but he “retired” the day he choked out Darren Till

It’s hard to Will that DOG back into yourself once he’s been fed and become content. I couldn’t help but feel bad for Tyron when that punch landed and he started falling in what felt like slow motion

Bruh any knowledgeable boxing fan knows this. We get together and enjoy the fukkery. This circus is the definition of going out to hooters/twin peaks/bdubs getting drunk and enjoying the circus. To boxing heads we know he ain’t about that life until a real body is on his record

Real problem is the casuals who wanna say everything is fixed or defend their sport.

Boy got some skills but he hasn’t fought anybody real. I need him to make weight at light heavyweight or fight at cruiserweight with someone who actually boxes. Not picking on these MMA old men who are naturally built smaller than him.

that Tommy Fury fight would ve been interesting to gauge where he is at.

You're correct but I find it funny the narrative has gone from 'Jake is going get beat up doing this boxing thing' to 'Jake pick on someone your own size' :mjlol:

pretty much

i gives 2 shyts about a jake paul and his brother....they both are lames...they are here to knock out their opponents..if they cant knock them out and they struggle box...you criticize them

my only dog in anything regarding them is when ppl make very uneducated opinions on boxing (for example nate rob being able to beat jake paul simply because of being black and/or the fact nate played in the nba and not because of boxing skill)

100 percent. I’ve never woke up to so much denial and general lack of understanding when it comes to how that shot was setup.

It’s unreal. I didn’t think MMA had so many casual fans that know nothing about the technical aspect of fighting.

I go to sleep and my son wakes me up yelling :mjlol: i didnt even care at that point. I was like "i catch the gif and memes tomm" I streamed the shyt and still felt i paid too much :mjlol:

Im a fan of fukkery fights and carny wrasslin but this was too much struggle for me. Clinching for half a round to start the fight :dead: when i was already tired :russell:.

Mma fans catching feelings over this shyt like it means anything is hilarious :mjlol:.

This shyt is one level above a John Cena match.:mjlol: you could go to a local amatuer show and watch way better boxing :russ: This kid has the money for great training/s&c/nutritionist/"chemists" and is still wild trash. He gonna keep trolling the easily agitated mma fans to the bank though Al Haymon got another one :whew:

MMA community being in shambles is hilarious, after being positioned as the ultimate fighters, seeing fighters from that world constantly getting humbled in big events is a bad look, perception is everything, all the general public will see is a youtuber KO'ing a former UFC world champion. Dana can try and laugh it off but he knows it hurts the brand.

now for the argument that jake needs to fight an actual boxer...if he does that and is winning ill give him the respect of being a pro boxer instead of being a carny act

but he would most likely have to cut weight to be in a division thats less dangerous...175 and CW are some of the most dangerous divisions in boxing today..the majority of journeymen in either division would beat his ass like he stole something...i honestly wouldn't hold my breath on that happening lol..hes going to drag mma fighters or fighters in other sports in the ring as long as the money train is rolling until he loses to any of those opponents or the brain trust behind him at showtime think he leveled up to the point where they can risk lowly regarded jobbers/journeymen against him

What’s crazy is that they’re exposing themselves by not even understanding a simple setup and realizing why Woodley “dropped his hands”.

Nuts
