Nathan Fillion would make more sense for Sully at this point. Like Holland he would also age into the role.

Hollywood can make him look good but i agree with your sentiments. What makes it a hard cast is the games were movies themselves and the characters especially Drake and Sully by series end seemed like people that actually exist. They did a great job in that aspect better than most games.
