What utter nonsense is this? I don't give a fukk about no awards but Hardy was in two Best Picture nominees this year. Fassbender has dropped three back-to-back classics with his friend and one of the new GOATs Steve McQueen. These two guys are killing every single performance all across the board and every film fan knows it. If it doesn't register with the casuals it's only because times have changed and the classical "movie star" is close to being gone. But even then those two will be remembered as two of the greatest of this generation, no questions asked.

Hunger, Shame and 12 Years A Slave, breh. And regardless of what people might think of the movies themselves, nobody can pretend he didn't kill all his performances in movies like Inglourious Basterds, Haywire, Prometheus, The Counselor, Frank, Slow West, you name it.

I don't know what's lol-worthy about a cold fact. Hardy was in Mad Max and he was in The Revenant, the two movies that garnered the most nominations at this year's Oscars. Regardless of whether you give a fukk about such things or not (and I'm actually part of the latter group), that solidifies him as a top guy of his generation.
