Patriots: $1m, 1st RD pick in 2016, 4th RD pick in 2017(accepted)

I'm sure Kraft and Goodell sat down this morning and hashed out a deal where Brady takes a reduced suspension. No one wants to go to court over this.

I am. Kraft had no choice but to backdown. He was never going to win an appeal against the league. Not once did he admit guilt and and went as far as to call the penalties unreasonable. Again, I am perfectly fine with Kraft backing down.
