How else do you get your protein? You only eat nuts and soy breh?

i can't even explain for real with out going over brehs heads. but to make it simple. meat is an inefficient way to get the elements the body needs. and all my knowledge pertains to black folks specifically i don't care about any non blacks health

Im just curious what you eat instead though. Veggies and grains?

Protein is good.

A breakfast of eggs, sausage, and toast is a good way to go.
Swap the sausage for an apple or a few slices of avocado, much healthier. Also whole wheat toast only.

You take a potato. You slice it up... you salt it and put it in vegetable oil for 10 mins. How is that no longer a potato?
For the same reason french fries are not a vegetable.

A potato is already bottom on the totem pole when it comes to vegetables, nutrition-wise. While technically a root veggie, its starchiness and ultra-high glycemic index makes it actually much closer to a refined grain product than something you should eat consistently every day.

On top of that, frying anything causes the fat content and caloric value to skyrocket, and they're also loaded with salt. So its basically taking one thing that is not super healthy to begin with, and adding a bunch of fat and salt. On top of all that, potato chips arent very filling so people tend to eat a lot more than they realize.

Try baking your own sweet potato chips in the oven as a healthy alternative

Props, most of the nutrition should come from whole grains, protein (eggs fried w/tomatoes and green peppers), fruits and vegetables.

My sister don't even keep juice, potato chips, or cereal in the house. Its always crazy seeing my 7 year old nephew asking for water.

I'm no vegan, but, I don't act like meat is the end all be all.

Kids you will never look like Tom Brady if you keep eating garbage processed sugar c rap...

As a giants fan gotta lot of love for Brady and the Pats. Hope to see them in early february again!
