Put some respek on JJ’s name. He played 4 years of college basketball and is still contributing to his team. He carved out a good career for himself.

As for Gordon, it’s not really fair to say he doesn’t deserve that contract year because of that injury. He’s still not himself. If you look at his numbers they were going up and up each year and last year wouldn’t have been different if he didn’t get hurt. He played for Brad Stevens in college so they know each other well. This year he’s focusing on getting his legs under him and getting his rhythm back. It’s too early to say he doesn’t deserve that contract
