People like Chris Partlow, Mike emu....whatever, and WeeBay are "trained" by the game and follow orders. They are sick and twisted and cold because that's the nature of the business they are in. Evil is just a by product. They see their actions as business as usual, this how I make my living.
Cats like Todd are sick and crazy by nature. They can be taught to be soldiers, but they would be twisted with out it. Plus there is the emotional factor into it. Todd moves how he moves because of his love for his uncle and Walt and his desire to be liked and accepted. He doesn't see his actions as wrong more like this will please uncle jack or mr white. So if a kid gotta get blammified, or a woman gotta get her head ventilated, whatever, as long as mr white or uncle jack are happy.
