I understood the analogy. People who want to re commit to wrestling turn on TV and see some what the fukk shyt when they wanted to see and turn from it and clown it just like AEW was clowned by NBA fans and the most common joke that night was Jericho looked like he was pregnant.

I also have an analogy. Remember in Juice when Steel told Q that the other DJ's where worldwide and he was just local then Queen Latifah told Q the same thing. That's what wrestling and most wrestlers are today Local.

Yeah you have some dope wrestlers but they're only known to daily watchers of wrestling (Local) when the general public sees the flippy shyt with no context or insanely goofy horrendous shyt they turn away. The 80's and 90's wrestling was worldwide people whether wrestling fans or not knew who the top guys even the mid card guys where in both major companies.

So when the marks keep talking about Boom Period I just don't see it everything still feels local.

Oh BTW he's right abut that chart. Every year PornHub shows what people are watching and that weirdo shyt he's talking about is at the bottom so imagine if you looking for the new bytch that's being talked about like the next Gianna Michaels but it's some ugly dyke stud. You be disappointed.

Disco was good at being a midcard heel but he never seems to take into account that the business was still going downhill in the 2000s after the attitude Era, with WWE focusing on big muscle guys, just as it did last decade with WWE moving to try out the smark favorites on top. Less young people having TV/Cable, the rise of MMA, and probably some other stuff have made wrestling niche.

The 80’s and late 90’s were a different time. That’s why most of the wrestlers from those eras are dead. They lived a lifestyle that was reckless. Steroids, cocaine, pills contributed to the larger than life aura. Nobody wants that back, we’re still seeing the effects of that to this day. Only in pro wrestling does someone size matter. Conor McGregor is 5’9 under 200lbs and he’s one of the top PPV attractions of all time, same with Floyd Mayweather 5’8 under 200 lbs. But some of y’all have bought into the same fetish for big guys Vince has.

It’s about big personalities/characters. You give people a reason to care, it doesn’t matter your size.
