Bruh,I've been smoking for barely 7 years and I can't kick this bullshyt ass habit,stay strong bruh.Cold turkey is the most efficient imo,but it's a long long first week.

@brother walt do you drink breh? I've gotten to the point where I don't smoke at all during the week but when I drink on the weekends I still gotta smoke. If I happen to have a weekend where I don't drink then it's an easy 2 weeks with no smoking. I just spent the weekend in Vegas and smoked the whole time there but once my plane landed back home I haven't had a craving for one. It's weird, lol
