Today is the 20th anniversary of the Malice at the Palace

I was 16. We were hype leading up to this game. Indy vs Detroit was a huge rivalry. Teams were constructed the same. Indy felt they should have won last year.

Indy came in and straight kicked our ass. I was pissed and was about to leave the crib and head to my nikkas crib.

I'm leaving my room and everything unfolded. I walked back to see a possible fight. It looked like nothing was gonna happen so I was about to bounce and I saw a cup fly and hit artest. shyt happened so quick and he up into the stands.

I was stunned. I ran downstairs and told my parents put the game back on they in the stands fighting. Nobody could believe it. My phone was blowing up.

I stayed in the crib cuz we was all glued to the TV watching the post game coverage

it was a rare friday night i didnt go out. i was in chillin in the basement of my parents house watching TV. I had turned to the game like 15 mins before shyt popped off. when it did, i ran to the home office and typed in my aim away message that people were wildin out. then ran back and watched all the fukkery play out. epic night of sports watching. im sure i have the clip i downloaded years ago of it buried somewhere on an external somewhere. nba was never the same

And his other brother was part of the brawl and punched Fred Jones.
