I wish the SOHH :hamster: archives showed the thread that was created that night.

Thread title was like: Oh shyt!!! Crazy Ron Artest in the stands fighting fans and shyt :damn:
I remember that thread. Was watching it live messaged like 4 or 5 of my teammates from the basketball team not a single one knew what i was talking bout. Thats when i knew noone on my basketball team watched basketball games. :scust:
Had to get on here and talk to you guys about it.
Well im not sure how many are left from back then.

I was 14 and I remember it was a Friday night. I fell asleep cause the game was boring and then woke up to Mike Breen's commentary and then Bill Walton saying "this is a disgrace"

Thought it was a dream but then stayed up till like 1 AM watching ESPN. I remember Stephen A, Greg Anthony, and Tim Legler were the NBA Countdown guys with John Saunders discussing it. Then went on my computer, went to SOHH and saw the thread :dead:

It felt like ESPN ran the fight and the coverage of it on loop for a good 36 hours after. To think, all that had to be done to avoid it was pull the starters since it was a 15 point game with less than a minute to go in the mid 2000’s :wow:
