Puritanism can only provide strength for so long, and within that discipline I am finding an illegitimate sense of identity


really, a pre-25 year old version of my self overdid it and never stood accountable

a stronger version of myself can be aware enough and responsible enough to put the drink down

still don’t feel it’s right for me

did most of the year without caffeine and 70 days without cannabis but I am back on those wagons

not going to partake in alcohol much, if at all

will get my adrenal system free of the caffeine again soon

will continue to smoke cannabis but not daily or upon waking up

Havent vaped weed in almost 2 weeks going on Monday. As a result, ive been lazy and not wanting to go outside. Honestly, if i never touched THC or alcohol again, i wouldnt care or miss it.

Now I do need some TLC though. Not getting enough of that.
