Why do people hate on trap beats though is my question. They're awesome. Yeah some people are not very imaginative with theirs but people like Lex Luger and Mike Will produce constant bangers. :wow:

it's because it's too simple

heres the trap formula

downloads lex luger drums :youngsabo:

sets tempo to 65bpm :ohhh:

adds 808 or some other deafening sub :leostare:

add pimp slap clap snare :obama:

triple roll your hats at 1/32 :lawd:

do a switch up or to or add a gay ass sound effect:cool:

(D.J. Weltch: Gonna Get Shot Trap Beat)
SoundClick artist: DJ Weltch - Underground Producer: D.J Weltch Hip Hop, R&B, Pop Foreign Beats/Instrumentals G-Yard Entertain

sell online watch it blow up to the trap addicts :eat:

im speaking in general...

another reason they hate trap is the garbage lyrics that it often produces

beats have subs way too loud at live performance that is designed to move the crowd and fog those garbage lyrics...

Boom Bap or Die... just make sure you can at least do Trap shyt to get the scrill.

btw.. dont' get me wrong but i've heard some trap shyt that was impressive...
alot of it sounds the same too me... My boy hit me wit a Lex Luger instrumental cd...

the shyt came on and I was like :myman:

by halfway thru i'm like :manny:

:comeon: why all the beats sound the same...

I make beats that makes me feel good and boom bap is what makes me feel goood/

I've done trap check it.

[/thisOTE]

this is ill... :bustback: :ahh:

partly because Teknik is Boombap... He knows how to pick ill piano/organ/orchestral samples...that aren't found that often in the trap game..

You have to have some trap in the catalog if a client requests one.

this is tru....

i think its the tempo of the drums that turns us off... Boom bap tempos range from the 80's to the low 100's...

the trap joints, i've made and others i come across... Tempos be 65bpm, 70 bpm, 68bpm, etc...

however... when trap is done right nothing rumbles harder in the whip..

believe me i do.. i make one every now and then just to make sure it's there...

I've actually sold more trap beats, than my others...

go on rocbattle trap beats dominate the leases sold... soundclick too. it's like :to:

it's whats in......i just hope the "machine" hops off that train and gets back to that old East Coast Sound :sadbron:

In the meantime when i make a good NY style track it makes me feel :myman:
