advice to fat nikkas who wanna get skinny:
if you gonna do that, make sure you hit that gym for more than cardio. build your shoulders/upper chest up bro, get the flies and dips and inclined presses poppin.. if you don't you gonna look like a bobblehead, like this man does. you can't have a skinny nikka frame with a fat nikka's cranium.
