I think the T-wolves should hang on to Darko as a back up until his contract runs out. They should look into moving D Williams for a SF or SG.

You dont like doron lamb?

Im all for using the amnesty on Darko he seemed uninterested all year...
I would like to see DW move to the three and lose some weight this off-season.
I say we make a move for Kevin Martin or Get OJ mayo in FA.

We need a Vet or two also, but i wouldnt bring back anyone (maybe Tolliver)
I think guys like T-mac, Redd, Hill,Terry someone of that mold will help out a lot

I'd like to see Beasly brought back as the sixth man also

so that would leave
Pek/FA? or draft Fab Mello?/Love
Love/Tolliver
Williams/Wes
MAYO or MARTIN/ Wayne
Rubio/JJ

Still think that only gets us a 6-7 seed though :merchant:

Apparently he's ready to make the leap and CSKA doesn't expect him back according to DX.

The Penny Hardaway comparisons are :childplease: though. He did his thing for CSKA this year. Still shocked they lost to Olympiakos.

Who do you think is the most important and the real "leader" of the squad, Love or Rubio?

The short answer is Rick Adelman.

On the court, Rubio. He's the brains of the operation on the court. When things were going well, he was an extension of Adelman on the court, and even then, if guys like Barea and Ridnour had something to say, he'd listen. I've said a million times, he's the difference between winning and losing.

The attitude of the team has to come from Love. He's the longest tenured guy here. He's getting the major money. He's the 2 time all-star, and he's so statistically unique that having him here helps us almost as much as Rubio does. He's a hustler too, so he's an example of what to do to make your game better. Many can learn from him here, especially Derrick.

Yea, Adelman did a really good job his first year with the Wolves. Its a shame had Rubio not gotten injured, they would have easily been a 7th or 8th seed, I really wanted to see a Wolves & Thunder series but hopefully we get that in next years playoffs. The thing that suprised me most about Rubio was his defense and his defensive intensity that made everyone else better, I was suprised how lanky he is. Rubio needs working on his shot, but he has a bright future ahead. And K-Love there is nothing more you would want from him, besides improving on defense, he had a monster year and he should be able to replicate it easily. But, yea your team needs wings in a major way because mann Wes has been horrible and it looks like Beas is leaving ASAP.

I cant believe Im saying this :snoop: but, do you think we should make a move for Bynum?

I know we have Pek but I think AB would improve our Defense alot...

Again I love PEK but I think we need a SG and a true shot blocker....

A shot blocker is needed, but a SG is needed first. Bynum would prevent that from happening, and what the team needs on the shotblocking end is a third big that can do that, not necessarily a Pek replacement.

Do you think we need a vet at the SG? Looking at that young OKC squad brings tears to my eyes :sadbron:
