For starters, why she still builds her company around ex WWE stars despite zero gain in ratings after all these years
That is an old complaint though; these aren't the days of the Main Even Mafia where everything revolved around ex-WWE guys.
They have about 6 or 7 ex-WWE wrestlers on their roster and I would say the majority of them are regarded more as TNA stars than WWE ones.

Angle, lashley, MVP... You think these are ROH guys that are running the main event scene?

Yeah, they draw a couple thousand for some shows and that's great for an indy fed. What I'm saying is NJPW is probably the only other promotion in the world that could draw like 40,000
Nobody is doing that in america outside of Wrestlemania, and i'm not sure if NJPW draws 40,000+ outside of their big show

They don't, that's the Tokyo Dome, the rest of the arenas in Japan are smaller. I think WWE could put 40,000+ somewhere for SummerSlam (they did a dome Royal Rumble show before) and especially if it was held in England; see: SummerSlam '92.

Last year they tried a second Dome show at the Seibu Dome for the G1 Climax finals and they got "only" 18000 people. But to be fair, that day a strong storm took place, IIRC, and many people didn't go.

They didn't announce a second Dome show for this year so I think they are getting more conservative.

A lot of wrestlers and performers were banged up and hurting from this week’s TNA iMPACT! Wrestling TV tapings in Nee York City. Jeremy Borash was also reportedly hurting after being physically involved in several segments.

There were no major injuries from the tapings. However, Jeff Hardywas banged up but NOT seriously injured after a particularly nasty bump. His brother Matt said on Twitter that they would not know how bad he is hurt until he has some scans done. The angle was planned in advance.

TNA reportedly filmed a great deal of material backstage and on the streets of New York City over the last few days.

Some of that footage included a “street fight” that was filmed in New York City. The participants in the segments are currently unknown.

-- TNA iMPACT! Wrestling will film its March TV tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. There is reported talk in TNA that they would like to tape iMPACT! in April and May at Universal if the dates are available. As you'd expect. it's much cheaper to run in Orlando, FL than it is to run events in New York City and other major markets.

-- TNA President Dixie Carter was reportedly in attendance at Friday night’s iMPACT! Wrestling tapings but she did not appear on camera. She was watching the show from a balcony at the Manhattan Center. Dixie did not attend the live TNA IMPACT! tapings on Wednesday night and we're not sure if she was there on Thursday night. As noted, we do know that she was there on Friday night.

Angle isn't a main event guy.
And Lashley could be argued as being more of a TNA guy than a WWE guy based on how his career has gone in both companies.
Same for Gail Kim. Sure she worked in WWE but she was more successful in TNA.

Also the old argument used to be that WWE guys were all the company focused on but if you look at TNA's product they are using more of their own talent mixed in with the ex-WWE people.

You're right, lashley getting a big wrestlemania match is not on the scale of what he's done performing in bingo halls for TNA

After you make that kind of statement I dismiss the rest as garbage

You can do what you want but thinking that Lashley was pushed harder in WWE than he has been in TNA is just wrong and not accepting the reality that the days of TNA signing the D-Lo Browns and Orlando Jordans the second they were released form WWE are gone is just you hating for the sake of hating.
