I wonder what in particular he was doing to trigger it, was it overwork? I'd almost be more alarmed if it happened when he wasn't doing anything super intensive

I’m not too familiar with heart issues but I’m pretty certain that it’s not that. It has to be something underlying. Even with Shareef O’Neal, it never got to this point of collapse but UCLA did a rare test because he told them he had heart issues as a kid and they found a rare medical condition with some test. Apparently it’s so rare that a lot of people have it but will never know because it’s not a test that’s done unless you ask for it. It could be the same case for Bronny.

But I wonder if he has an undisclosed medical condition . I've read a few stories of players only being diagnosed with something after a major medical episode. Or even after death is when the family becomes informed of the condition

Obviously but cardiac arrests can happen to anyone. It’s a complex organ, exercise won’t cure a genetic deficiency in the way it beats or some form of developmental issue
