Why are people obsessing over whether she "grabbed" him or just touched him? I figured that was more about the different language used to describe the same thing, not him accusing her of bear hugging him. she put her hand on him, some people would describe that as grab. some would call it a touch, same thing. doesn't really make any difference in the context of the story. just a choice of words.
