First one was okay actually, way more enjoyable than I thought it would be. Of course it won't touch the OG Turtles but that's that.

I'm going to love this movie way more than I did the first one and to be honest its no fault of the 1st movie, I just wasn't quite sure what to expect with it. But now that I know what these TMNT movies are all about I can just sit back and enjoy them for what they are. And this movie looks like a ton of fun.
The Rocksteady and Bebop design is perfect. Not too realistic but not too cartoony either while still staying true to the OG design. I think they nailed it and its one of the big selling points for me with this movie.
Cant wait.
Edit: After watching it a second time, I noticed some of the same things I didn't like much about the first movie which was the human aspect.
Also I wasn't sold on Casey Jones, maybe I'm just still so attached to the casey jones from the original movie. But this one seems too prettyboy-ish. Casey Jones is supposed to be a street punk vigilante that fights dirty. And somewhat blends in with the back-alley population. I just didnt get the vibe from this casey jones from the trailer.
