The arcade game came out in 89. The NES version of the arcade game came out in 90.
Turtles in time is a 91 arcade game that was also on SNES.
Genesis got hyperstone heist....which has elements of the 2 arcade games but is something different overall.

Theres a way to play these games online. I played battletoads with a friend years back. We should set this shyt up.
It's the same game with less players.
Same way Final Fight is 2 players on arcade but 1 on SNES or Captain Commando is 4 players on arcade, 3 players on ps1 and 2 players on SNES.
Nes was very limited in its capabilities.
