Bots actually help, like I'm capturing a hard post, they'll show up to help out
Where everyone else is too focused on their titans
This is nothing like COD, besides the fact you can ADS
Its in all of the modes. I was capping a point on domination and was surrounded by 10 enemy players. Any other game I would have been dead after getting 2 kills but I wound up merking them all because they were bots. It takes the competitive nature out the game
Yeah, basically... I mean I bet the next Treyarch COD is like bionic commando shyt because of this gameExactly. People complain that its "just like COD" then they complain about all the things that set it apart from COD. Seems like some people just want to complain
Hardpoint really starts to shine when you get into the 'flow' of using the mechs
*spams 40mm rounds into hardpoint*
*jumps out of mech to cap*
*mech stays in 'guard mode' outside engaging enemies while I cap*
*jump back into mech after capping*
*got a monkey on my back*
*turns on electric cloud*
Bots don't bother me at all. If you are smart you will use them as bait. See a group of them shooting at each other fall back and wait until some other dummy engages them, then shoot him.
IMO they add to the battle in ways human players don't. Everybodies been on a team with a bunch of trash players that don't play as a team or help the objective. The bots mke that less of a problem. They won't rack up kills, but they will give you important info, they'll hold the hard point for you, they will find enemy pilots/titans for you, ect. I could also see them being very important for the story/campaign aspects of the game.
People are looking at them as substitute soldiers, but that's just not what they are. They are more like glue to keep the matches together and the goals apparent. If you are killing more bots than real players then
