my chest grows pretty fast but i have a shytty left rotator cuff that keeps stopping me every time i try to raise the weight i press.
alot of it is about form. u have to sort of arch ur back so that the bottom of ur chest is sticking out as much as possible and pull ur shoulders down and back so that u get ur chest more into it than ur shoulders and triceps.
another good tip is, tire ur triceps out before doing presses. that way u force ur chest to do most of the work cause ur tris are so tired. i do the same with my biceps and lats too. alot of ppl bench and come out with huge triceps and shoulders and a flat chest because the other parts are doing all the work. take those parts out of the equation and you will see a difference.
