my chest grows pretty fast but i have a shytty left rotator cuff that keeps stopping me every time i try to raise the weight i press.

alot of it is about form. u have to sort of arch ur back so that the bottom of ur chest is sticking out as much as possible and pull ur shoulders down and back so that u get ur chest more into it than ur shoulders and triceps.

another good tip is, tire ur triceps out before doing presses. that way u force ur chest to do most of the work cause ur tris are so tired. i do the same with my biceps and lats too. alot of ppl bench and come out with huge triceps and shoulders and a flat chest because the other parts are doing all the work. take those parts out of the equation and you will see a difference.

I d say dumbbell fly and incline pressing will get you jacked. Tone your chest with every move and go slow. Lift heavy and shoot for 6-10 reps.

Try this

15 reps of 125

12 reps of 175

10 reps of 225

8 reps of 245

25 reps (or failure) of 125 to finish

Remember to go slow and tone your chest with every lift

It worked for me

Incorporate more dips and pushups, work on those shoulders (I swear by military press and upright rows), and strengthen your lats (pullups and dips to a lesser extent).

Main thing is DIPS and pushups though
