My mom purchased the land about 15 years ago. She was only buying a few but the seller said 5k an acre, so she took it all. My bro in law in contractor sales at Lowes so he gave me recommendations. My budget around $100 a sf. I meet with a lawyer next week to get an easement removed.

Having that much land is a blessing and they sure as hell ain’t making more of it. $100 sq ft will net you a pretty nice crib. @Conjiggle made a great point in subdividing the land...you can sell or build and rent homes on those extra plots and be way ahead of the curve.
