Kawhi’s mid range game is what Kobe worked to achieve. Those 12-18 footers at “your spot” is deadly. Every player should have a spot and be efficient.
:wow:
Now it’s floaters and 3’s which isn’t bad, as long as shooters shoot and not bums.
:manny:
It’s cold to see the Kawhi’s and KD’s of the world. It’s a lost art. Bridges middy game is cold as well.

Kawhi is much more patient than Kobe in not forcing the issue on shots.

One thing I will say about Kawhi is this...

This is why I can never fukk with people who use scoring titles as a measurement for who the greatest scorers ever are. Yall know I fully believe Bron is in the argument for THE greatest scorer ever. For a number of reasons, the largest of which being his history of surgically destroying elite defenses in the playoffs throughout his career. He only has one scoring title, which belies just how dominant a scorer he was when he needed to be...

Kawhi has zero scoring titles, and yet similarly, I think he belongs with the greatest scorers ever. He is measured and patient (word to @NYC Rebel ) and his ability to rise in playoff ball as a scorer is historically elite. He's never averaged more than 27.1 in the regular season, yet he's averaged over 30 3x previously in his playoff career. He clearly has another gear he can channel in the playoffs...

I do think it matters that he plays less frequently than other elite players. Even in his prime (2015-21), he still only played an average of 56.5 games/year. That's obviously gone down even more in his post-prime--->his last 4 seasons he's played 0, 52, 68, and 37 games. That's an average of 39.3 games/year...

Availability matters, and when he's compared to anyone on a historical scale, his lack of availability is a significant factor, especially when I think we all understand that if he plays a normal regular season, he doesn't make it thru a playoff run; if he makes it thru a playoff run, he doesn't play a helluva lot in the regular season...

But when he's out there, I'll give it him. He can hit a gear as a scorer that's All-Time elite...

He was Bron’s biggest adversary until Curry ascended to elite status.

@Georgiamuscle these nikkas talking crazy :gucci:
You gotta ignore the dikk suckers like @Joe Sixpack
He’ll say anything to disparage KD then turn around and shyt on Kawhi in another thread. Him and other Bron stans were glazing Giannis to do the same thing a few years ago. Now you don’t hear a peep about Giannis from them. You just gotta hit them with facts and let them babble.
