Celtics are a prime example of holding on too long. should have traded KG or pierce when they had some value. Team going to be bad to average for a long time. Last years ECF was fool's gold.

Kg will retire this off season or next. Pierce can be bought out for 5 million.. Green and rondo have team friendly contracts. Bradley on rookie deal, celtics are in good shape actually.
