100% agree. But taking a chance with Harden as a teammate and Kyrie post that Cavs championship just wasn’t a smart business decision imo. 1 thing about Bron that people don’t give him credit for is being methodical. It’s all about probability and not possibility. But yes, 9 times out of 10, that nets roster wins if healthy

Tbf, Bron took a chance on an injury-prone AD and then double-downed with Westbrook. The bubble title (the only year AD was healthy, until this season) is literally the difference between LeBron and KD's business decisions post-CLEvsGSW. Neither has truly exhibited a master class in roster construction despite both getting hyped up every year as sleepers to win it all.

On one hand, give Bron credit for his 4 rings (compared to KD's 2 rings), but on the other hand, like you mentioned above, there is a degree of luck that goes into these things and KD's been on the wrong side of it. OKC was injured in 2013 and 2015... that's just shyt luck. Torn achilles in 2019... shyt luck. Kyrie/Harden (who was a known ironman) injuries in 2021, then Kyrie's anti-vax debacle in 2022... (who is now back to "normal" in Dallas, with Luka). shyt shyt shyt lol. But it is what it is.
