Yeah the writer doesn't really go to bat for them either...just presents their claim...when juxtaposed with the quotes from the front office (targeting black free agents but being outbidded or flat out turned down) it does make them seem pretty trivial...agree with you about the make up of the coaching staff and the front office

My mistake, I misread assistant general manager as assistant coach. I rescind the comkment about it being an interesting anomaly. That's three roles
