1923's Season 2 Finale Massive Runtime Revealed

Story by Ryan Northrup

1923's season 2 finale will have a massive runtime, a new report reveals. Serving as the second major Yellowstone spinoff, the Taylor Sheridan Paramount+ series first premiered in 2022 before returning for its sophomore outing in February. Unlike season 1, which featured 8 episodes, 1923 season 2 is confirmed to only consist of 7, meaning the story for Jacob (Harrison Ford) and Cara Dutton (Helen Mirren), and their family members, will end (for now) on Sunday, April 6.

TV Insider now reveals new details about the 1923 season 2 finale, confirming that it is titled "A Dream and a Memory" and that it will be close to two hours in length. The report also includes a logline for the episode, which previews what is to come for Jacob and some other key characters in the Dutton family and beyond:

“Jacob and his crew eagerly await Spencer’s [Brandon Sklenar] return at the train station. Teonna [Aminah Nieves] has a fateful run-in. Alexandra [Julia Schlaepfer] braves the cold.”
The report also includes some information about the upcoming episode 6 of 1923 season 2 set to release on Sunday, March 30, which is called "The Mountain Teeth of Monsters." The logline teases a story that focuses on the journeys of Alexandra and Teonna:

“Alexandra catches a lucky break during her journey; Teonna reunites with a face from her past.”

That episode was crazy af. That shyt turned into a horror.

"Earth is not a benign rock condemned to endure countless little rapes from its inhabitants. It is a living, evolving, interactive being. Capable of wiping all existence by the simplest of wobbles on its axis"

Ya'll really like this season? Nearly everything that happen was so predictable, I was surprised they still did it. Jack just up and rides off by himself, and gives no thought to two Irish men behind him.
The lady tells them there's no more gas stations, and it's just OK thanks for the heads up.

Good ending...sad though. All they had to do was not go on a road trip in the middle of the night, wait out the bad weather and Alex would have grown old with Spencer. Damn. Some of the worst decision making in the history of television was made on episode 6. And Jack. They found that jackass face down "in the brush" :mjlol:LOL at Cara pretty much tellin his wife to get the fukk off her porch and get the fukk on. If any one of the girls needed to die...shoulda been her. Welp...nice way to wrap up the Yellowstone Ranch. Combine this with 1883...and this is Taylor's best series hands down. I guess I'm about done with the Yellowstone Telematic Universe. I aint interested in the Beth spinoff. Matthew McCaughey aint walkin thru thay door and I doubt this season was successful enough to warrant 1973...a spinoff about the Vietnam Vet nephew of Spencer's sons. I guess this is where i get off. Good run though. Highly recommended everyone watch this.
