Duncan was a pf when Robinson was there, since 03 he's been there center. No question about that. Even when they had rashoooo nesterovich he was the center.
So, Rasho Nesterovic and Nazr Mohammed were their PFs in 05

the all-star is beneath Duncan, plus its a guards game

GO SPURS GO
4 RINGS bytchES....4 RINGS

Duncan was holding down the paint defensively guarding opposing centers. Those guys didn't play that much, the spurs always finished games with Duncan horry and bowen in the front court. Duncan was the center of that team. He jumped it, guarded the paint and Definately finished games as the center
Tim Duncan being listed as a PF all these years is one of the biggest farces in the history of basketball. Dude partakes in the jump ball at the beginning of the game and usually guards the opposing team's center... he's a damn center.
Rarely are pregame sessions with a head coach as entertaining as they are with Pop, and he doesn’t limit his surprises to humor. Before the Spurs opened the playoffs with a 106-91 victory over the Utah Jazz on Sunday, Popovich told the media that he had been playing a practical joke on them for 15 years.
He didn’t exactly put it that way, but he made an admission that was the equivalent of saying that since Tim Duncan arrived in 1997, Pop has been filling out the starting lineup with his fingers crossed.
When asked who the starting center would be in Game 1 against the Jazz, Pop treated it as a silly question and said: “Tim Duncan, like we have for the past 15 years.”
Tim Duncan is a legend, a certified HOF and arguably the best PF in NBA history.
But dude is clearly on status these days.
WHO THE fukk NEEDS REST ONLY A MONTH INTO THE fukkING SEASON?!?
NOBODY has answered that question yet, which I posed back when that story broke: why are him, Parker and Ginobilli needing rest THIS fukking early?
Them old ass nikkas gon' get RAN by either and his boys, or and HIS boys....take your pick.
Duncan had his best game of the season against Memphis the game after they sat out against the heat
