My friend, who, while not dumb, is very much a feelings not fact person, and many of my friends whom I grew up with, are similar, in that they do not pull information, lets say from the Wall Street Journal, but more so from social media newsfed, watching bits and pieces of cable news, and general conversations.
He calls me like, "that guy" (Joe Exotic) was innocent and "they "set him up", I, who have no watched the series, and may not (too much white trash) read the NY Times coverage, and Justice Department press release, and can say 100% he was guilty of soliciting murder for hire, and that of course he was "set up", that generally how murder for hire conspiracies are prosecuted. Some of this is him trying to irritate me, just off the top, but some is real.
I can only imagine the parade of losers and has beens, degenerates the documentary parades, as if they are reputable.
