I'm not superior to anyone I had the same reach to information as anyone. the difference is I didn't run with what was the popular narrative.
as I said educated yourself before formulating opinions. you also contradicted yourself by saying you are against rappers talking that detrimental shyt but then say you are also against that commercial. you don't want them rapping about crime or working to stop crime.
look at yourself. this is how you muthafukaz reason. if the point of the internet was to share information then why does missinformation travel further and live longer? because of nikkaz like you... opinions first facts later ass nikkaz.
i never said i was against rappers talking that crime shyt. What I'm against is a rapper talking that crime shyt and then inciting people to snitch. If you're talking about the life and don't incite people to snitch because you're in a tricky situation, I'm not necessarily against it.
It's impossible to know all the facts about something. At some point you form an opinion when you think you know enough. The irony is that you never truly know when you know enough.
Let me ask you this question though. Eventhough he was set up, even though it was entrapment, and even if he was on an emotional state because his friend died, do you think T.I. bears some of the responsability for being in the position where he had to do the commercial to stay free? In other words, are there any different choices he could have made from the moment he was contacted by the snitch to his arrest that could have prevented him from going through all this?
We could disagree and it's cool. I'm just trying to tell people to bare responsibility for their choices good or bad. I'm not the moral police, I'm no authority on street codes. People can think whatever they want. This commercial will probably never be the move to me. I would never call him a snitch. But he may have helped created a hundred snitches right there in order to ensure he stays free.
Matter of fact, the fact he was set up by crooked cops and a snitch who set him up for a lighter sentence, pleads guilty and agrees to create a commercial to encourage snitching and telling for a reward... So that he could get a lighter sentence...
You are right, i was misinformed on details of the case. And in turn spread misinformation. If he didn't commit the crimes he pleaded guilty to, then i apologize.
EDIT: I'm trying to find info on how he was coerced by the snitch to be where the guns were at. I tried googling it but couldn't find it. If you or anyone else has a source of info on this i would appreciate it.
