Its oversimplified but I think it has some soundness to it as a theory..id rather play smith and the niners from ahead as they havent shown the ability to comeback as often as they have shown that they could protect a lead..

You know what, I was beating up Harbaugh and Roman for being too consevative, but this is why they're coaches and we're spectators however knowledgeable we think we are. We need to get back to the old Harbugh philosophy, if we're going to win. We don't need to break out Kaep unless we're up big. We need to make power runs, which we have traditionally done well against the Seahawks and make those quick passes that were effective over the course of the season. Alex is still our guys, we are well aware of his strengths and weaknesses. My only concern is if Joe Staley will be healthy for the game otherwise we will likely kick over Alex Boone to right tackle and have Anthony Davis be the left and have Leonard Davis at right guard.
