you can't even gauge Weeden (or Tannehill for that matter) based on their stats... their weapons are so pathetic that unless you actually watch every game of theirs to see if they're making better and quicker decisions, feeling the pocket better, improving at reading the D and adjusting pre-snap, etc. as the season goes on, you're not really qualified to speak on their progress... their offenses are so damn overmatched in the passing game at times, their teams basically threw them to the wolves
