Broner should go after Kell Brooks and use his antics to campaign for the Mayweather retirement fight, America would love to have those two personalities in the ring together. Floyd basically fighting a mirror of himself. Could they both fight 'hit and run' style all night?
Broner cant beat Brook

too small and he would get outboxed

I'm still waiting for the Broner from the Demarco fight to return, but dude just doesn't seem to be able to go to that gear anymore for a whole fight. He showed glimpses of it during the final rounds against Taylor, but couldn't seem to go into that mode against a guy tailor made for him that was barely doing shyt.

Broner should go after Soto next and then finish the year against the winner of Lucas/Ruslan. All of those are winnable fights for him.

Brook/Porter wasn't one-sided enough to not warrant a rematch in the future, but both should do they own thing right now. Let Porter look impressive against Garcia, and let Porter get that Khan money. If both keep winning, I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch in early 2016.

As far as the 1st fight goes, Porter was too sloppy and wild, while Kell was too content just doing enough and wouldn't go for it like he could have. Both boxers can improve on that shyt and make the rematch more entertaining cuz the 1st fight was average at best in the entertainment dept.

I keep waiting for AB to turn into the next Roy Jones and this Molina fight showed me that shyt ain't happening. AB is entertaining but it's not translating into the ring, Roy would put his hand behind his back and then KO someone with it, Roy in his prime was a joy to watch and I want that old thing back.:mjcry:

That's my GOAT :blessed:

AB should move back down in weight and stop blowing up between fights, get a good conditions trainer. His power isn't that great in the higher weights. So pretty much all his fights will be like this.

No matter, the point is someone needs to hype up the person with that belt so the unification fight can happen. Broner is a bigger name then Brook and Amir keeps running from him

just to be clear.

AB outclassed the guy and the guy has no where near the talent as AB. If AB is supposed to be a top junior or welterweight, I'd expect to see a stoppage from such a talent gap. That's what I mean. I know you can't get a stoppage every fight but Adrien has shown little to no power since coming up from light weight.

Struggled with Pualie (who was still a top guy), lost to Maindana, and hasn't been able to put away gatekeeper talent while struggling to make weight.

lol@you taking FOTY has some sort of badge of the person talent.

AB dominated the guy, who was supposed to pose a problem to him, by outboxing him. Threw 2x as many punches, outlanded him by 165 punches, put on a boxing clinic, never was in trouble...and you talking like you upset because Billions didn't stop him?:dwillhuh:

And FOTY against one of the elite in your division does mean something:ufdup:

In order for it to be FOTY, it had to be highly competitive and fought at a even pace. For Molina to have that with Matthysse means that he's a great match up for Matthysse style wise...but no match for Broner who made easy work of him.

I don't know, people love to champion the guy because he gives them KO's but after a fight with an actual contender he no longer looks invincible like he once did. It's also clear that he is just a puncher.

Broner's fight wasn't as exciting but he completely outclassed his opponent, honestly 11-1 on the scorecards - pretty much pitched a shut out. There's no complaints there, unless your a fight promoter or fan - he literally just didn't give you anything exciting because he dominated the whole fight in convincing fashion without the aggression that "boxing fans" (really KO fans) love to see.

Broner needs to go get that belt from Kell Brooks and get that Mayweather retirement fight

I don't know how you can celebrate Broner's win over basically a gatekeeper/can and then don't give Thurman his props for beating up Guerrero, who is a way better quality opponent. And I actually bet money on Guerrero for the odds that I got, I thought he had a chance with his heart and punching power.

@Newzz Adrian Broner is in trouble, his power has not translated and when he fights these guys like Matthyse and Maindana who will walk him down and tag him - he will continue to take those L's. Molina is not in the class of puncher that Maindana or Matthyse is .

No... Broner does not need to leave 140 for 147, he's just not built for that division

if broner was disciplined enough..he'd be beasting at 135 which to me was going to be his prime division but now who knows if he can make that weight..140 he's not showing enough power to be effective although he boxed better
