In the 3rd video says Margarito was offered the date in April '06 (that eventually went to Zab) but didn't want to cancel a fight he had lined up against a Journeyman to make the fight happen.

Also...if Floyd ever stepped in the ring with Pacquiao, he'd be overwhlemed by Pac's volume, workrate and footspeed. He'd have nowhere to run and would lose either a clear decision or get KO'd!
Plus Pac is a southpaw. Floyd always struggles with southpaws.
