the Young Wolf out here winning all these battles, and we didn't see him in action not one time? somebody need to neg the showrunners

but maybe that was a hint of what was to come... he wasn't really a main character like that

Jamie was the 3rd best fighter in the country when he had both hands only behind Arthur Dayne and Baristan. Only reason why Brienne had the upperhand is because he was weak and had been a prisoner for months. Ned was ok but he couldn't handle Jamie. That's why when he lost his sword hand it was such a big deal.
