I was a teacher for 1 year when i was 23. I taught at a high school. 
I kid you not when I say I was offered sex practically everyday, and was groped several times. It was a struggle not to partake brehs, but i kept it 100. Too much attention IMO for a young tall and good looking man. i was like where was all this attention when I was in high school?

not only that but i would be worried by turning one of these manipulative broads down they would just say i fukked them and we know how that story goes.

IF it happened after they graduated...especially if she was 18...that's an adult.
I think they abused a position of power at any rate and should be fired, but charges for having relations with an 18 year old? I"m not seeing the illegality in that...unless there are specific laws in the state for abusing the previously mentioned position of power...
pretty sure school boards put in rules where a teacher has to wait a certain number of years after a student has graduated to have social interactions with them

In Jersey, if you are a teacher you can't be in a relationship with your students until basically their freshman year of college. At the very least you lose your job.
