He just works out and works harder than damn near everyone in the world. He also doesn't drink or smoke and I'm sure with his high paid celebrity chef he gets his healthy meals in despite eating fatburger and mcdonalds regularly.
You really can cheat on meals when you work out daily and don't drink alcohol. I don't eat sweets, drink alcohol but I fukking love buffalo wings and pizza and never sacrifice it EVER.
The bottom line is that you can only have so many vices in life otherwise it'll catch up to you. If you like to drink regularly, cut back on your carbs and sweets. You like italian food, cut back on your alcohol....Life is about balance.
