Some of Y'all need to grow up. Moonlight is a phenomenal piece of movie making. Incredible cinematography and use of lighting. The timeline story telling was well crafted. And the acting by everyone involved was great. Growing up and living in Miami myself, I can tell ya how bleak and rough living in liberty city can be for anyone, especially a black male figuring out his sexuality. This was a tough movie to watch and yes uncomfortable at times but a terrific movie nevertheless.

Although I would disagree bc the story is part of the greatness of this film, I respect that sentiment. Some ppl will be uncomfortable I'm sure but it's still a terrific film. To each their own

the sexuality part does not bother me at all my only reservation of this film is that it seems to be very depressing

my only issue is streaming hiccups annoy me. Now I am an online gamer so my internet is popping but I don"t want to stream and have issues on live sporting events.

I really wish cable would be ala carte & let you just pay for the channels you want.

I find streaming quality of cable tv channels through their apps to be much better quality than cable.

Westworld looked like shyt on cable so I watched through HBOGO.

Taboo looks better on FXnow than the box

I download movies and shows to my pic and use Plex to watch them on TS around the house

And now with DirectvNow I also get live tv and on demand

Nah, I got the DirecTV Now 3 month pkg for $105. I got Apple TV as part of that deal. That was the best part of the deal.

I cannot in good conscience recommend DirecTV Now to anyone at this time. It was not ready for production release and remains very very spotty, service-wise. It buffers very often. While watching a program, it cuts off and makes you have to log back in just because very often. And many times, you get these odd error messages for service problems. The stories are all over the internet. And, they don't do refunds, if you can even find the customer service for Directv Now.

DirecTV Now appears to be a complete mess

Currently, I have the service until March, and if there aren't significant upgrades, I'll cancel it. I'm about to renew my PS Vue or Sling TV, just to have a more reliable live TV option.

I also have Kodi and Mobdro on an Amazon Fire stick, as well as Netflix. Kodi is cool for movies and TV episodes plus HBO/Showtime/Starz, after they originally run, but sports and live TV is too hit or miss. Too much searching for good streams.

Bringing it back to this thread, you can find much of what's posted here on Kodi.

hahahaha-I HAD dierctv I will NEVER fukk with them again.

They got me with the free nfl package for signing up, then the price increases after 3 months, then 6 months, then a year..I tried to ride out the 2 year contract, then they automatically billed me for the nfl package the following year..

in the interim, every time a bad storm, or the wind blows too hard, it went out..which was an inconvenience then waiting for them to come and fix it..

NEVER AGAIN. but good luck with that tho.

yeah I got the same offer

hardly watch tv so I havent encountered the problems you have


once I had a hiccup while watching a stream were it basically restarted


my one gripe is being unable to quickly go between 2 channels as I would with a "previous" button on a tv
