Didn't think it fell off at all...The ending was absolutely amazing and Hardy killed it...

you go through the entire movie with Ronnie doing all the crazy shyt fukking up Reggies money and killing people in public...Reggie on the otherhand was always the level headed on the low gangster cleaning up the mess his bat shyt crazy brother kept creating...

They completely flipped that at the end with Reggie butchering that dude in front of everybody at the party...Ronnie asked him why did you do that and Reggie's response was because I can't fukking bring myself to kill you...

It was an excellent film IMO from start to finish and I honestly don't see how Hardy doesn't win an award for his brilliant performance...I have never seen anybody play two characters with completely different personalities to perfection like that...

hmm.... keep hearing about this tom hardy guy, just looked him up and downloaded "legends" a 2015 movie where he stars as both Kray twins, looks pretty good.

hardys Performance was great but the film felt like somebody tried to take scorceses blueprint for gangster movies (the music, the voicovers, the violence and over the top characters, the collapse of the empire) and apply it to the story of the kray brothers but didn't really pull it off. It's an ok movie, but you can clearly see that they took somebody elses formula and didn't really know how to make it great.
