If I'm not feeling a workout I usually do yoga. Nothing like a good stretch to reenergize your body.
I feel like I've gotten more flexible as I've gotten older. Kinda baffles me honestly.

I've never been to flexible, but as I've gotten older I've really gotten into stretching and yoga. It helps me with balance and breathing more then flexibility. at best so I just said fukk it and swam some laps. Hopefully my appetite is back in the next couple of days. I've been downing protein shakes like it's nobody's business just trying to maintain weight.played 4 hours todayI'm in that zone right now...all I want to do is play basketball. Might need to pickup some pre-workout to get me hard.
