No one who order pulled cared.
We had two guys who used the place as their trap, one who would go Uber while on the clock, one who’d sell plates on fridays.
It was a revolving door of people who were there temporarily for their own reasons.
BOH at a restaurant and in certain places Hotels too are like this. Entire industries basically built on the back of junkies, meth heads etc who just need a check for a couple weeks or a month or two.
