She's a weather girl on a news station that probably has to work around the clock (early mornings and late nights back to back). That kind of work schedule will take a toll on anybody's physical appearance, especially in the face.

I remember when weather girls and newscaster women were dress very, very modest and conservatively.
The women on my local news channels be wearing the sky-high pumps, low cut blouses, tight clothing and very eye catching jewelry position in certain ways.
Not saying it's good or bad (I'm completely neutral) but I have observed a much more relax dress code among women in professional places.
How times have changed.
